Shipped the Gush AI Editor, a natural language interface where clients edit their own websites in plain English. 700+ edit requests in its first 90 days, almost none reverted, and engineering no longer sits in the client change loop
Owned the core SEO content dashboard and the automated keyword research pipeline, which turned weeks of manual analyst work into same-day runs
Designed the spam filtration system protecting inbound leads across all client websites: static rules up front, an AI agent behind them
The role has grown well past design over two years. I write the PRDs, run the research, design every screen, and carry dozens of features end to end into production
Built internal pipelines connecting Linear, Claude, and Figma, cutting the distance between an idea and a shipped feature
